La Dolce, Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del
Cabo This is one of the best Italian restaurants in Los Cabos, and there's one in both towns. Whether you just want an excellent pizza or a more elegant Italian entree, you'll be glad you came here. The photo on the right shows their Coppa Italiana, made of peaches with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. Then the dish is then flambéed to make a spectacular (and delicious) dessert. The menu at La Dolce includes more than a dozen antipasti, plus soups and many hot and cold pasta dishes. They also serve excellent steaks and seafood. But the most popular fare seems to be the pizza.
Stefano Miotto, the owner, personally supervises his restaurants. He and his staff do an excellent job, and judging by the popularity of both restaurants, the public agrees. The La Dolce in Cabo San Lucas is open daily from 5 pm to
midnight, and the one in San Jose del Cabo is open from 2 pm to 11 pm. The phone
numbers are 143-4122 for Cabo and 142-6621 for San Jose.
