Giggling Marlin Bar and Grill Here's one of the most popular spots in all of Cabo. Good food, great service, and, in the evening, lots of action! Here's where the marlin gets even with the fisherman, and hangs him up by his feet. In fact, you can get hung by your feet and have your photo taken next to the giggling marlin. I should have a recipe after the next trip, since I met with the manager but had to leave the next day before the owner could approve. Stay tuned. Meanwhile, when you're in Cabo San Lucas, make this a required stop. The Giggling Marlin is located right downtown, on the main drag. Its on the corner of Blvd. Matamoros and Blvd. Marina. Lots of parking in the lots behind the buildings across the street.
