Welcome to Los Cabos Recipes!

Here is a great collection of recipes and food ideas from our favorite restaurants in Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo. We go there often, and are adding to this site regularly. We're sure you will enjoy Cabo and its wonderful variety of food as much as we do.

One of the things we enjoy most during our frequent visits to Los Cabos is eating at our favorite restaurants. It is especially fun when the proprietor or staff shares some recipes with us.

As you browse through the pages here, you might imagine yourself in the 85 degree balmy weather, enjoying eating, drinking, fishing, swimming or golfing in this Mexican paradise.

When you visit Los Cabos, which is the term applied to the entire bottom edge of the Baja California peninsula, you will probably arrive at Los Cabos airport. The airport is located just north of the town of San Jose del Cabo. Cabo is the Spanish word for "cape", which describes the end of the peninsula geographically.

You will probably stay either in San Jose del Cabo, or in Cabo San Lucas, a short drive away to the southwest, or at one of the many resorts in the Corridor (La Corrida), which is the 25 kilometer divided highway between the two cities.

You will find restaurants and recipes featured from all three areas on this site. And since this site is created and maintained by the Cooking Dude, you will also find recipe cross references to CookingDude.com. We are adding to both sites on a regular basis, so check back once in a while to see what's new.

Especially if you are about to take a trip to Cabo, check out some of the restaurants featured on this site. The delicious food and friendly people truly make a visit to Los Cabos special.

Oh, and where's that inviting table in the photo with the sunset view of Land's End (Las Rocas)? That's at Puerta Vieja, a restaurant not to be missed when you're in Cabo San Lucas.
